中文摘要: 针对城市道路异常事件极易引起交通拥堵和二次事故问题,如何基于车载自组网设计一种快速可靠的交通异常信息分发机制,减轻异常事件对城市交通的恶劣影响成为推进智慧城市建设的核心问题。本课题从如何保证异常信息内容的完整性出发,结合拥堵区域的时变特征,构建一种快速准确的道路拥堵检测与态势识别机制;综合考虑城市道路拓扑复杂与异常信息分发的多目标地理区域分布特点,参考拥堵影响区域内的网络形态,设计一种快速可靠的多目标地理区域异常信息分发协议;基于车载自组网中异常信息订阅/发布的大规模需求,构建一种分布式可扩展的异常信息订阅/发布机制。最后,研究车载自组网中节点的自私行为,分析现有激励方法中存在的环境数据不准确性、不公平性及社会自私性等问题,提出高效实用的联盟合作激励机制,最大限度地保障上述异常信息分发机制的稳定性。通过本课题的研究,为建立高效的城市交通安全体系和应急决策指挥平台提供重要的理论和技术保障。

英文摘要: To deal with the problems of road congestion and the second accident that are caused by abnormal evens happened on the city road, it needs to design a fast and reliable dissemination mechanism for abnormal traffic information. Also, it is a key point to construct "smart citys". In our project, an new method is firstly researched to avoid the content incompleteness of individual information about road congestion, and then we build a fast and accurate road congestion detection and trend prediction approach considering the dynamic temporal and spatial characteristics of the range of road congestions. Based on the complexity of road graph and multiple geographical information dissemination areas, we analyze the features of network topology in the road congestion areas, and design a fast and reliable multi-region routing protocol. Furthermore, with the requirements of the large scale of subscription and publish users for abnormal information outside the road congestion range, we study a distributed and scalable information subscription and publish protocol. Finally, with the selfish vehicle nodes in VANET, which may cause inaccurate context data, unfairness, and social selfish problems that are unsolved in existing stimulating protocols, thus a stable and practical coalitional game cooperation stimulating mechanism w
