中文摘要: 本研究试图通过对农业技术创新扩散规律、农户技术选择行为及其影响因素的实证研究和模型估算,在理论与实践上寻找破解目前农业创新成果采纳率低、难以形成积极终端农户等问题的依据;并通过对政府公益型、农民专业合作组织型等技术创新扩散模式的案例研究,探索政府主导的新型多元化农业技术创新扩散机制。主要内容为:(1)农户视角下系统刻画生产周期内农户对综合技术体系的需求与选择过程以及对不同扩散模式的偏好程度,明晰农户层面的技术接受机理。(2)从宏观层面技术创新扩散规律和微观层面农户技术行为差异进行实证分析,数学模型与模糊评价相结合,农户排序与专家打分相结合,分层次构建影响农户技术选择的递阶型指标体系。(3)在社会化小农国情背景下,研究满足农户需求的多元化新型农业技术创新扩散机制。 本研究矛头直指我国小规模经营农户的异质性与农业创新成果目标导向偏差的严酷现实,对提高农业科技进步贡献率具有重要的理论与实践意义。

英文摘要: This research attempts to study the diffusion of agricultural technology and the households’behavior about thchnology-choosing and its influencing factors using the methods of models and demonstration study. After that, we want to find the reasons of the low acceptance rate of agriculture innovation achievements and negative terminal user in theory and practice. Then it will analyze the new multiplication agricultural technology innovation proliferation mechanism which is lead by government based on several successful cases.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1) The mechanism of the demand and the course of the farmers when they choose the agricultural technology as well as the effective of different patterns of the technology diffusion from a household perspective.(2) The demonstration study on the diffusion of agricultural technology and the behavior of households to choose the technology by using the models of household. And the data of the model will come from the survey of farmer and the experts.(3) The new multiplication mechanism of the diffusion of the agricultural technology that will satisfy the small farmers in China. The research mainly study on the gap of guide of the agricultural technology and the acception of the farmers. It is extremely important and necessary to improve contribution of sci-technology in agriculture.
