中文摘要: 光子晶体含有规则的纳米级通孔结构,可能成为一种超高效的分离新介质,但光子晶体柱制备十分困难,其发展因此严重受阻。本项目拟就光子晶体制备问题展开研究,发展一种基于新策略的简便、快速的新方法,用不同材质的亚微米单分散颗粒材料来制备粒径均一或具有梯度结构的新型光子晶体柱。为此,已制定了具体的实施路线,并预研证明了它的可操作性。本项目如获成功,将会推进光子晶体在分离分析领域中的应用,并为超快速分离方法的发展开辟新的通路,故具有重要的理论研究意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: Photonic crystals (PCs) are a new type of materials, possessing regular pore structures and thus being potentially unique media for ultrahigh performance separation. However, such attracting materials have been hampered in the separation field due to the difficulty to prepare a PC-filled column. To remove the problem, this project is proposed and will be focused on the establishment of an easy and fast method to prepare different types of new PC columns using uniform, gradient and/or material-variable particles. A new strategy and route map have been worked out and validated by some pre-experiments, revealing not only the executability of the project but also possibility to have new breakthroughs. This project would thus be significant in both respects of theoretical study and practical applications.
