中文摘要: 石油资源的日益减少,使得生物沥青材料成为国内外的研究热点。本课题组针对基于生物质热解油制备生物沥青材料的相关技术进行了前期探索研究,发现生物沥青在制备和使用过程中,由于受热会伴随发生一定的化学变化,使其发生老化,从而影响其路用性能。本项目主要针对生物沥青的老化问题、改善方法和相关机理展开研究,内容包括:(1)分析生物沥青老化前后的特性及化学组分变化,研究生物沥青老化原因和规律;(2)生物沥青加醇酯化的工艺方法和机理研究;(3)加醇酯化生物沥青性能评价与改善机理研究;(4)生物沥青老化前后及酯化前后的混合料路用性能评价。 本项目结合前期研究工作基础,针对生物沥青制备和使用过程中老化及解决方法开展基础性研究工作,目的是为研发性能更好的生物沥青材料和工程应用技术提供理论指导。

英文摘要: With the reducing of oil resource, more and more attention was paid to the research and development of bio-asphalt.In our previous work,which was about the preparation of bio-asphalt from the biomass pyrolysis oil, we found that heating could cause some chemical changes,which can lead to the degradation and other using performance of the bio-asphalt aduring its preparing and using process. To find out the principle and chemical reaction mechanism of bio-asphalt aging, and to solve this problem,the following aspects are planned to be studied. (1) The aging principle and chemical reaction mechanism of bio-asphlat will be studied, based on the changes in the property and chemical composition of bio-asphalt before and after aging; (2) Experimental research on the technological process of esterification of bio-asphalt will be conducted to improve the performance defact caused by aging; and the chemical reaction mechanism in the process of esterification will be studied; (3) Performance of bio-asphalt will be evaluated,mechanism will also be researched for acohol esterification bio-asphalt performance improving; (4)The impact of aging and esterification treatment on asphalt mixture will be studied respectively, through analysing,evaluating the pavement perfprmance of bio-asphalt before and after aging and esterification treatment. Based on the previous work, our research group aims at finding out the mechanism and improving method of the aging problem, proving theoretical basis and technical guidance for engineering application of bio-asphalt.
