中文摘要: 离子液体是国际科学前沿和研究热点,对天然高分子材料具有高效的溶解能力,为创建新型生物质绿色分离过程提供了机遇和可能。甲壳素作为可再生资源,由于其在医药、纺织和食品等领域的广泛应用而受到了工业界与学术界的高度重视。本项目面向甲壳素绿色生产的战略需求,以功能化离子液体,包括醋酸类离子液体、磷酸酯类离子液体和可降解离子液体,和虾壳、蟹壳中的甲壳素为研究对象,以离子液体和超临界二氧化碳为介质,开展离子液体溶解分离虾壳、蟹壳中的甲壳素、超临界二氧化碳再生甲壳素的关键科学问题研究,探索甲壳素在离子液体体系/超临界二氧化碳体系中的溶解分离作用机理,获得醋酸类、磷酸酯类和可降解等离子液体的溶解分离甲壳素的作用机理和调控机制,获得离子液体的离子对、离子簇的结构与甲壳素溶解性能的构效关系和超临界二氧化碳再生甲壳素的微观作用本质,获得温和条件下甲壳素高效溶解分离的新方法和新理论,为其工业化应用提供科学支撑。

英文摘要: Ionic liquids are the academic frontier of international science and the hot pot of researches and it has excellent applications in many fields. Ionic liquids afford the opportunity and challenge for green chemical engineering processes. Chitin as resources renewable has played an important role in the wide applications in medicine, textile, and food and it has been high-valued by researchers from industries and academics. This project is intended to indicate the green dissolution and separation of chitin in different ionic liquid systems. The relationships between the function groups and hydrogen bonds, the interactions among ions, function groups and electric charges, as well as the effects of many parameters including the position, number and conformation on the dissolution and separation of chitin in ionic liquids will be simulated, respectively. Some characterizations will be introduced to detect the degree of polymerization and molecular weight of chitin. The mechanism of dissolution and regulation for chitin separation will be studied in monism or in binary ionic liquid systems. Besides, some other additives would be introduced to improve the separation of chitin. Based on the above mentioned, the functional ionic liquids, including biodegradable ionic liquids and acetate-based ionic liquids, used to dissolve chitin would be designed. The key problems of ionic liquids-chitin dissolution solution and supercritical CO2 regeratation of chitin/chitison will be investigated. The new methods and new theories of chitin separation will be obtained.
