中文摘要: 利用冶金固体二次资源制备微晶玻璃等陶瓷材料是冶金固废的一种生态和高附加值利用方式。课题组在前期研究的基础上,拟对钢渣协同其他冶金固废制备高性能微晶玻璃过程中若干关键基础问题开展研究:(1)采用DSC、XRD、XRF、偏光显微镜图像分析仪等手段研究冶金固废矿相组成特征和微晶玻璃的制备可行性分析;(2)外在强化方面,借助FactSage软件和相图集对钢渣微晶玻璃体系研究。对微波熔融特种烧结工艺中重要影响因素及其烧结机理进行研究;(3)内在强化方面,通过分析晶核剂、改质剂、强化剂在制备微晶玻璃过程中的微观行为,摸清基础玻璃二次提铁行为和三剂对微晶玻璃协同效应。采用TEM、EDX、FTIR、Raman等分析方法对热处理制度、玻璃基体、晶相组成结构对玻璃析晶和机械性能的影响研究,充实冶金固废制备微晶玻璃的动力学研究。

英文摘要: It is a high value-added and ecological way to prepare glass-ceramics by using the metallurgical solid secondary resources. The group is going to focus on the research of preparing high-performance glass-ceramics with the starting materials of main steel slag and other metallurgical solid wastes based on previous study. The contents of this project contain: (1) The components and structure characteristics of metallurgical solid wastes will be studied by DSC, XRD, XRF, polarizing microscope image-analyzer, and other research techniques. The feasible of preparing of glass-ceramics with different kinds and proportions of metallurgical materials will also be analyzed. (2) On one side of external strengthening, the steel slag basing glass-ceramics system will be studied with the assistance of FactSage software and atlas. The important parameter of special sintering will also be discussed in detail in present program. (3) On the other side of internal strengthening, the rules of secondary extracting ferrum and coefficient of the three agents will be founded through the analysis of microscopic behaviors of nucleant, modifier and reinforcer. The parameters of thermal treatment, glass matrix, crystal component, microstructure effects on the crystallization and mechanical properties will be studied by TEM, EDX, FTIR, Raman, etc. This results will also provide more information for the study of kinetics. In conclusion, this program will provide fundament theories and research methods on preparing of high-performance glass-ceramics by using the metallurgical solid wasters and also provide a direction and support on the preparing of ceramic materials with the same staring materials.
