中文摘要: 道旁声学监测技术是列车轴承健康监测的有效手段,然而道旁声学信号“多声源陡畸变强噪声”的特点给基于信号分析的有效诊断带来了困难。本项目针对道旁监测信号的多普勒调制特性,以信号分解与重构为手段,对道旁监测信号调理方法开展研究。具体内容包括(1)研究通用性参数化多普勒调制原子模型构建理论和方法,建立与道旁监测信号内在结构相匹配的复合字典;(2)分析多普勒调制原子模型的参数特性,结合参数优化算法,研究有效的基于复合字典的分解算法;(3)研究基于分解原子参数的声源参数估计方法和信号重构策略,建立基于信号重构的声源分离、去噪和自适应多普勒畸变矫正方法。本项目旨在通过以上研究,发展列车轴承道旁监测信号针对性的分解与重构理论,研究新的道旁监测信号调理方法,对列车轴承道旁声学监测技术的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

英文摘要: The wayside acoustic monitoring technique is an effective health monitoring method for the train’s bearing. However, the acoustic signal’s characteristics of multi-source, serve distortion, and strong noise make it difficult to perform effective diagnosis based on signal analysis. Considering the characteristics of Doppler-modulation, this project aims to carry out the research on signal conditioning method for the wayside monitoring signal by means of signal decomposition and reconstruction. The concrete content includes: (1) Carry out a research on a general model building theory and method for the parametric Doppler-modulated atoms, and establish a composite dictionary which can reflect the inside-structure of the wayside monitoring signal;(2) Analyze the characteristics of the parametric Doppler-modulated atom model and carry out a research on an effective decomposition algorithm based on the composite dictionary combining with parameter optimization algorithms;(3) Carry out a parameters estimation method for the sound source based on the decomposed atomic parameters and the signal reconstruction strategy. Then, establish a de-noising method, a sound source separation method and an adaptive Doppler effect elimination method based on the signal reconstruction method. This project aims to develop the decomposition and reconstruction theory and carry out a new signal conditioning method for the wayside monitoring signal through the above research. This project has important significance in theory and practice of the development of the wayside acoustic monitoring technology for train’s bearings.
