中文摘要: 以石墨烯、拓扑绝缘体、Weyl半金属等材料为代表的狄拉克型电子体系是目前凝聚态物理学界的前沿研究课题,在信息技术领域具有重要的应用前景。在狄拉克型电子体系中,电子激发表现出相对论性的线性色散关系,具有手征性或自旋螺旋性等奇异量子行为。本项目研究狄拉克型超导异质结构中的电荷与自旋输运特性。重点探讨狄拉克型电子的新奇特性(如线性色散关系,自旋螺旋性等)对于安德烈夫反射行为能导致哪些新效应,利用这些新效应又能在狄拉克型电子体系的相位调控,固态纠缠电子的产生与检测等方面提供什么新方案,为设计自旋电子学器件提供物理基础。

英文摘要: The Dirac-like electron systems, such as the graphene, the topological insulators, and the Weyl semi-metals, are the frontiers of the condensed matter physics, and have potential applications in the information technology. In those systems, the electron excitations show many singular quantum behaviors, such as the relativistic dispersion relations, the chirality, and the spin helicity. In this project, the spin and electronic transport properties in the heterostructures made of superconductors and Dirac-like electron systems are investigated. The particular attention is paid to the novel Andreev reflection effects due to the peculiar properties of Dirac-like electrons, such as the linear dispersion and the spin helicity. We also foucs on the new possible schemes for the phase manipulation, and the generation and detection of entangled electrons in solids, by use of the novel Andreev reflection. Our research may serve as a physical foundation for the developement of the spintronic devices.
