中文摘要: 光声成像是一种新型的快速发展的生物医学成像技术,因对比度高、无损等优点,拥有广阔的医学应用前景。目前的光声图像重建技术需要在采集全角度信号的基础上进行重建,而在实际情况中,由于人体体形或硬件水平的限制,难以获得全角度的信号,故需进行有限角度扫描基础上的图像重建,本项目即对该问题展开研究。项目拟从物理理论出发,分析各扫描角度上信号间的相互关系,并利用此关系建立起未采样角度上信号的估计方法。同时对重建算法展开研究,降低其对数据信息的依赖性,并研究如何在有限角度扫描的情况下,保持重建图像边缘并且消除图像伪影的方法。此外,还将采用线阵换能器阵列来采集光声信号,实现更适合临床使用的光声成像平台;并进一步采用线阵换能器阵列作面扫描,探索实现三维光声成像的实验方案。本项目旨在突破光声成像信号采样角度的限制,开发高性能的图像重建方法以提高光声成像的实用性,为其在临床上的使用提供相应的技术支持。

英文摘要: Photoacoustic imaging is a novel and fast-developing biomedical imaging technique. For its advantages of high-contrast and non-invasive, it has great potentials in many medical applications. The image reconstruction method at the present stage requires full-view sampled data. While in the practical situation, the full-view scanning is often unavailable because of the restraint of the body shape or the firmware. So it is necessary to develop an image reconstruction method effective in limited-view scanning, which is to be investigated in this project. Based on the physical principle of photoacoustic imaging, the relationship between the signals in different sampling angles is analyzed, and the estimation method to the unsampled signal is investigated. Meanwhile, the reconstruction algorithm will be proposed for a less reliability to the data information. The ability of the method in keeping edge information and depressing artificial is going to be studied in the limited-view scanning situation. Besides, it is planed to utilize the linear transducer array to collect ultrasound signals, and establish a more practical photoacoustic imaging modality. Moreover, the planar scanning will be carried out by using the linear transducer array to investigate the solution of 3D photoacoustic imaging. In this project, we aim to break through the limit of scanning angle of photoacoustic imaging, develop the high-performance image reconstruction method to enhance the practicability of photoacoustic imaging, and provide a solution for the clinic use of the photoacoustic imaging.
