中文摘要: 不确定性分析是复杂机械系统多学科优化设计的难点之一。而时变不确定性则是影响复杂机械系统在服役期内功能特性的主要原因。本项目针对复杂机械系统设计的时变不确定性,结合多学科、多目标、多耦合、多约束等设计特征,以某一典型复杂机械系统为应用对象,基于不精确理论、贝叶斯理论和马尔科夫链分析,研究在高度耦合、非线性响应以及计算复杂的设计环境下时变不确定性的来源、类型、传播、量化等共性问题;并以此为基础,研究时变不确定性条件下的多学科敏感度分析、动态可靠性评估与预测,最终建立能够有效处理时变不确定性且具有较高效率的多学科优化设计方法体系。该项目对拓展不确定量化理论、丰富和完善复杂机械系统的多学科分析与设计方法,缩短产品设计周期、提高产品设计质量具有实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Uncertainty analysis play vital role in multidisciplinary optimization design of complex mechanical system. Time-dependent uncertainty is the major cause to degrade the performance of mechanical complex system over its service period. In consideration of time-dependent uncertainty and multidisciplinary design characteristic in complex system, this project investigates an application of typical complex mechanical system, by means of imprecise probability theory, Bayesian theory, and Markov chain analysis. the research focus on sources, types, propagation, and quantitative methods of time-varying uncertainties whih highly coupled and nonlinear response in computing complex design environment. The model of multidisciplinary sensitivity analysis, dynamic reliability assessment and prediction are set up based on the time-varying uncertainty analysis. Finally multidisciplinary optimization design model is established which can effectively deal with time-varying uncertainty and has higher efficiency.The research can expand uncertainty quantification theory, enrich and perfect the multidisciplinary analysis and design of complex mechanical systems.
