中文摘要: 本工作拟研究钨、钼等高熔点金属材料在高温环境中,受到高密度氦离子的表面轰击作用下,其表面受到辐照损伤,以及产生纳米尺度的损伤结构的现象。在实验分析的基础上,总结高密度氦离子对材料表面形貌结构的影响规律,纳米损伤结构的生长过程及形成机制,以及材料在上述过程中的的性能变化情况。进而评价材料在高密度离子流冲刷环境中的应用性。 预计开展如下几个方面的研究工作:考察氦离子轰击过程中,温度、离子束流量、总注入剂量等参数对金属表面损伤现象的影响,掌握金属表面辐照损伤的基本规律;分析表面纳米损伤结构的生长规律,建立对纳米结构生长机制的原理性认识;考察氦离子轰击处理前后,金属表面性质的变化情况,总结高密度氦离子的表面轰击作用对金属材料的表面改性效果。

英文摘要: The proposal is to work on the helium irradiation damage phenomenon of refractory metals, such as tungsten and molybdenum. The irradiation process would be induced by high-density helium implantation. The research would be focused on the irradiation damage on the surface, especially the nano-scale structures caused by the ion irradiation process. The main intention of this research is to reveal the affections of the high temperature fusion plasma on metal materials, and get to know the change in the properties of the metal materials, in order to simulate the environmental conditions in the fusion reactors. The research would include three parts. First, several factors in the irradiation process, such as temperature, ion flux, and ion fluence will be investigated by attempting experiments, to get basic rules of the irradiation damage phenomenon. Second, we will do research on the growth process of the nanostructures, to attain the formation mechanism of nano-scale structures induced by helium irradiation. At last, we will investigate the properties of the surface before and after irradiation process, in order to summarize the property-modification effects of the irrdiation process.
