中文摘要: 在医学超声成像中,将调制的编码信号作为发射信号,接收端采用匹配滤波来解调,可以使信噪比最大化,进而达到提高分辨力或穿透力的目的。 本项目是研究将编码信号应用于经颅多普勒、B型超声系统中。具体包括编码理论的研究,实际应用中的编码解码方式的设计,以数字编码超声技术为基础的相应超声成像系统的发射波束形成器的设计以及接收前端的设计,部分控制台软件的设计开发。研究表明,在经颅多普勒这样的窄带系统中,编码信号对系统性能的提高相对有限,甚至信噪比会降低;但分辨力会有一定提高。对B型超声这样多阵元系统,频率相关衰减和接收动态聚焦是采用编码信号的最大障碍;采用编码技术比较适合于远场区域。 在超声成像中采用编码信号,不是万能的,只是众多超声技术之一。找到适合超声环境的编码,找到适合的应用领域,研究应用中的难题,是本研究的重点,这对增加编码技术在超声成像中的可行性有一定意义。

英文摘要: In medical ultrasound imaging system, the modulated coded signal as transmitter signal, the receiver using matched filtering to demodulate, the signal to noise ratio can be maximized, and thus to improve resolution or penetration. This project is to study the encoded signal which is applied to transcranial Doppler, B-mode ultrasound system. These include research of coding theory, design of coding and decoding methods in practical applications, ultrasonic transmitter beamformer design and the receiver front-end design based on digital encoding technology of ultrasound imaging system, part of the console software design and development. Studies have shown that in such a narrow band transcranial Doppler system, the encoded signal to improve the system performance is relatively limited, and even reduce the signal to noise ratio; but the resolution will be raised. In multi-element B-mode ultrasound system, frequency-dependent attenuation and receive dynamic focusing are the obstacles; Using coding techniques is more suitable for far-field region. Using coded signal in ultrasound imaging is not a panacea. Finding code that is suitable for ultrasound environment, finding suitable applications, research of the problems in practical applications, are the focuses of the study, which will increase the feasibility of the coded technology in ultrasound imaging.
