中文摘要: 与现有集群创新网络研究集中于分析网络的影响不同,本项目以集群企业研发合作为切入点,通过企业伙伴选择行为来探索集群研发网络的来源,并自下而上解释这种网络化过程在集群创新中的作用。在研究中,本项目将深入考察集群企业的研发伙伴选择行为特征及其影响因素,分层次探讨伙伴选择与企业创新、研发网络与集群创新的内在关联,跨层次研究研发网络涌现和集群创新的动力机制,并通过统计实证、跨国多案例比较研究和仿真实验来检验和支持理论的发展,在此基础上建构研发合作管理、研发网络治理以及集群创新的政策体系。项目工作有助于丰富和完善集群创新网络的研究,拓展对集群网络及其创新机制的理解,同时对提升企业自主创新能力、促进集群创新发展具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: An extensive body of knowledge exists on how network structures may contribute to cluster innovation at different levels, but less attention has been paid to understanding how and why such networks emerge, evolve and change. Without an appreciation of the emergence and evolution of the underlying network structures, an understanding of network outcomes is incomplete and potentially flawed (Ahuja et al., 2011). In this research, we will seek to explore cluster R&D network emergence and innovation dynamics by investigating inter-firm R&D collaboration and partner selection. Specifically, at firm level, we will examine inter-firm R&D collaboration behavior, develop and test antecedents and consequences models of firm R&D partner selection; at cluster level, we will analyse network structure and network morphology, and assess the contribution of network structure and network morphology to organizational learning and knowledge spillover by longitude case studies; and in cross levels study, we will model the formation and evolution of R&D network as they emerge from firms partnering decisions and test the models by computational experiments. The research could further our understanding on R&D network formation and evolution, and provide additional insights concerning the leading ideas of cluster innovation research. W
