中文摘要: 生物质作为重要可再生资源,利用生物炼制及热裂解技术从木质纤维素原料中获取液体燃料及高附加值化工产品已成为替代石化能源和实现生物质能高值化的重要途径。研究表明,生物质中木质素包裹形成的结构屏障是制约木质纤维素高效转化利用重要因素,严重影响了生物质液体燃料的品质和得率。 利用乳白耙菌生物处理改变木质纤维素超分子结构和组成,可建立低能耗、低污染和低排放的生物基材料平台化合物转化底物的生物改性新技术,解决生物质液体燃料转化底物获取瓶颈问题。目前利用生物体外改性促进生物质热解反应的研究鲜有报道,且乳白耙菌独特非经典胞外改性体系机理尚未明晰。 本项目通过创新性构建乳白耙菌胞外改性体系促进生物质热解模型,明晰乳白耙菌非经典特异胞外改性体系酶学组成及机理,为经典白腐菌胞外木质素改性基础研究提供了重要补充;为胞外生物改性应用于木质纤维素热解燃料产率及品质提升奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Biomass as an important renewable resource, can be used for bio-refining and thermogravimetic decomposition for liquid fuels and high value-added chemical products, which has become an important alternative for fossil energy and a significant way to achieve high values obtained from lignocellulosic materials. Studies have shown that, the structural barriers formed by lignin in biomass seriously affect the quality and yield of bio-fuels, which act as the important factors for lignocellulose efficient conversion and utilization. By using white-rot fungus Irpex lacteus CD2 to alter the supramolecular structure of biomass, we can establish the new bio-modification technologies for biomass conversion with low power consumption, low pollution and low emission, which can be used as the bio-based materials platform for transforming biomass to liquid fuels. Recently, studies on the use of bio-deconstruction for biomass pyrolysis are rarely reported,and the mechanisms for non-classical extracellular bio-deconstruction system of white-rot fungus I. lacteus CD2 are still unclarified.
