中文摘要: 颅脑电阻抗图像监护技术能够动态监测颅脑病情恶化,我们的前期研究表明该技术具有很好的应用前景,但颅脑成像监护也遇到了颅骨高电阻率等重要问题,严重制约了进一步的临床应用研究,国际上尚没有很好的解决方法。本课题在前期预研究的基础上,通过对人体颅骨活性组织阻抗特性的测量,构建非均匀颅骨分布模型;利用骨缝低电阻率特点,研究新型颅脑成像电极分布和激励测量方法,提高采集信号的质量;利用颅骨阻抗特性较为稳定的特点,提出新型分层重构算法,增强颅腔内部病灶目标成像效果,降低头皮层电极干扰;通过仿真,对重构方法和参数进行改进;最后,通过物理模型、动物模型和临床病人实验进行验证,根据实验结果对算法进行进一步改进。通过上述研究,达到改善颅脑图像监护的图像质量、降低干扰的作用,为推动颅脑电阻抗图像监护的临床应用研究奠定基础。

英文摘要: Our early research has shown that cerebral electrical impedance tomography(EIT) is a promising technique which can monitor cerebral diseases. But we also encounter many influencing factors, such as high resistivity of the skull etc. There are no recently published method to solve the problems at this time. In this project, we will build an inhomogeneous skull model based on actual skull impedance values measured by us; design a new electrode arrangement strategy to improve the signal quality; propose a novel layered reconstructed algorithm to improve the image quality of the cranial cavity and to reduce the electrode interference of the scalp. At last, we will verify and improve the proposed method and algorithm by performing tank, animal and human experiment.Through researches above, this project will advance clinical research of the cerebral EIT.
