中文摘要: 大量分布式电源(DER)并网运行的主动配电网,若采用传统集中式的调度决策体系,面临海量通信、可维护性、控制敏捷性和系统可靠性问题,发展分布式自律优化调控的理论和方法是可行之路。本课题选择其中三个关键技术展开研究:(1)主动配电网全分布式状态估计;(2)主动配电网有功无功协调的全分布式电压自律控制;(3)微网运行模式下的全分布式频率自律控制。首先,基于二阶锥松弛(SOCP)和半定规划(SDP)理论,研究配电网优化模型的凸化表述技术,使得其三相状态估计和电压优化控制模型转化为凸优化模型。然后,基于凸优化模型,研究采用交互方向乘子法(ADMM)设计出可靠收敛的全分布式状态估计和电压自律控制算法。最后,针对微网运行模式,提出采用基于一致性算法的两阶段全分布式频率自律控制,实现频率的快速、平滑控制和分布式电源间出力的合理分配。

英文摘要: In active distribution network, the traditional centralized dispatch method can not accomondate the intergration of large scale distributed energy resources(DER) due to the high communication burden,maintenance and raliablity problems. Therefore, the distributed autonomous control and decision making theory may be the substitution. Three key problems are to be solved in this project: (1)fully distrbuted state estimation;(2)fully distributed voltage autonomous control considering the coordination of P and Q;(3) fully distributed secondary frequency autonomous control for micro-grid.Firstly, the convexification techniques are investigated to convert the state estimation and voltage optimization model to convex models such as Second-Order Cone Programing(SOCP) and Semi-Definite Programming(SDP) etc.. Based on these convex models, the fully distributed voltage optimization method and fully distributed state estimation algorithms are to be developed by Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers(ADMM). Finally, a fully distributed secondary frequency autonomous control method is to be developed for micro grid,which is based a two-stage consensus algorithm.Through this method, the frequency can be fastly,smoothly restored and the power generation is reasonablely distributed among DERs.
