中文摘要: 本项目拟实现在金属催化反应过程中,通过对亮氨基酸、异亮氨酸等氨基酸配体的修饰,稳定反应中间体,获得其详细结构信息,对已成功使用氨基酸配体促进反应效率与选择性的钯、铜等过渡金属催化反应进行机理研究。同时,通过扩散、挥发、分层、水热等常见晶体合成手段,采用此类氨基酸衍生物与过渡金属铑合成新的铑-氨基酸衍生物配合物,获得其结构信息,详细研究氨基酸配体在配合物中采取的配位模式以及配合物的手性特征。测试配合物的性质特征,如吸附性质、催化性质等,寻找配合物的应用前景。其中,本项目将着重研究配合物在手性催化反应中的应用,通过对反应溶剂、温度、添加剂等因素的调节,提高反应的产率和立体/区域选择性,并努力拓展催化反应范围。最后,将结合理论,研究理解金属-氨基酸配合物催化反应进行的机理。

英文摘要: In this project, detailed structures of the stable reaction intermediates are desired by the modification of the amino acid ligands, such as leucine and isoleucine, for the study of the mechanisms of the successful ligand-promoted transition metals(Pd, Cu, and so on)-catalyzed reactions with high efficiency and selectivities. At the same time, new transition metal(Rh)-amino acid derivatives complexes would be synthesized by normal diffusion,volatilization, or hydrothermal methods. Particular structure information would be gathered to study the modes of the ligands and the chirality of the complexes. Properties, such as adsorption and catalysis, would be characterized in search of the application of the complexes. Thereinto, our attention would be mainly focused on the chiral catalytic reactions. Standard conditions, which give the best yields and selectivities, would be obtained after the screening of the factors, such as solvents, temperature, additives, and so on. Furthermore, efforts would be carried out to expand the scope of substrates in the catalytic reactions. At last, the mechanisms of the reactions catalyzed by the complexes would be investigated with the help of theory.
