中文摘要: 本项目以无刷直流电机的换相转矩脉动抑制问题为研究对象,提出了一种无刷直流电机控制驱动电路的新拓扑。该结构将Z源网络与传统降压型逆变器控制电路相结合,在电机换相时,通过增加前级变换器、合理控制调整直流母线电压达到抑制转矩脉动的目的,在电机高速以及低速运行区间均获得较理想的抑制效果,并适当提高电机平均输出转矩。本项目将深入探索使用Z源网络构建无刷直流电机控制驱动系统的若干关键性问题,包括电路拓扑设计、Z源网络短路状态的获取、器件参数选取的建模和优化、控制算法实现、开关应力计算、系统稳定性分析等内容。作为一种抑制转矩脉动的新方法,相关研究内容在现有国内外文献中尚未见诸报道。本项目的研究工作有助于拓展无刷直流电机的应用领域、促进节能,既是对热点科学问题的持续研究,也有利于有刷电机的无刷化进程的持续发展,使无刷直流电机更好地为其应用的国民经济各领域的不断进步服务。

英文摘要: This project proposed a new control circuit topology for driving the brushless DC motor focus on minimizing the commutation torque ripple. The new topology combined the Z-Source electric network with the traditional buck inverter. In order to minimize the torque ripple, an accessorial convertor was applied and the DC input voltage was regulated properly while commutating. The satisfied minimization result will be achieved in both the fast and slow rotating speed. The average output torque will be increased relatively. This project will discuss the key problems on how to use the Z-Source electric network to construct the driving system for the brushless DC motor such as designing the circuit topology, acquiring the short state for the Z-Source electric network, modeling and optimizing the selection of the element parameters, realizing the control strategy, calculating the switches stress, analyzing the stability of the system and so on. As a new method to minimize the torque ripple, the relative study has not been mentioned in the literature at home and abroad up to now. The research work on the project will help to expand the application of the brushless DC motor and energy saving. It is the continue study of the hot spots of the science.
