中文摘要: 多肽分子自组装以其丰富的自组装驱动力、新颖的聚集体形态、特殊的功能及良好的生物相容性,在纳米技术、生物材料、药物传输等方面具有广泛的应用前景。制备结构可调控的多肽纳米组装结构关键取决于从分子水平上认识其自组装规律。本项目利用有机共轭分子为载体,首先设计并合成一系列具有不同分子结构特征的有机-多肽共价化合物。其次利用扫描探针显微镜(SPM)为主要手段,研究有机-多肽化合物的界面自组装行为,从而探讨有机-多肽化合物的分子自组装机理;然后采用LB膜、扫描电镜和透射电镜为辅助手段从不同角度上进一步认识有机-多肽共价化合物的自组装规律;最后结合量子化学计算进行理论上的分析研究,阐明分子结构与性质的关系,探索制备结构可控的有机-多肽纳米组装结构的有效途径。

英文摘要: For their unique features such as rich driving forces, novel morphologies of the aggregates, special function and biocompatibility, the self-assembled structures of peptide have been found wide applications in nano-technology, bio-materials and the delivery of drugs. The recognition of assembly rule at the molecular level is key to prepare contrallable and adjustable self-assembly nano-structures based on peptide. In this project, we will design and synthesize a series of covalently linked organic-peptide conjugates with different structural features based on organic conjugated molecules as nuclear. Their behaviors and mechanism of self-assembly will be investigated by using scanning probe microscopy as main technique. We will also further recognize the mechanism of self-assembly by LB film, scanning electron microscope and transmission election microscopy(TEM) from different aspects. On this basis, the relation between structures and properties will be illustrated combined with quantum chemical calculation in theory. Finally, we will explore methods to prepare contrallable self-assembly nano-structures based on organic-peptide conjugates.
