中文摘要: 将自然界数量巨大、利用率低的纤维素转化为具有高附加值的平台化合物5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是近年来生物质资源综合利用领域的研究热点之一。在所采用的众多反应溶剂中,离子液体由于对果糖、葡萄糖及纤维素等碳水化合物具有优良的溶解性能,且能获得最高的5-HMF收率而备受关注。但离子液体的高沸点及对5-HMF的高溶解性能也为5-HMF产物分离带来了巨大困难。本项目在前期工作的基础上,首次提出采用真空反应精馏/蒸馏来促进碳水化合物降解和实现产物5-HMF分离的研究思路:以高沸点的咪唑基离子液体为反应溶剂,以金属盐或氧化物为催化剂,在两种真空反应精馏/蒸馏装置中完成碳水化合物一步降解为5-HMF,并同时实现5-HMF的精馏/蒸馏分离和离子液体的循环利用。本项目的实施对促进生物质资源综合利用技术的发展及绿色催化工艺的开发具有重要的科学意义和实用价值,同时也为其他离子液体反应体系中的产物分离提供借鉴。

英文摘要: The transformation of cellulose, a main biomass with abundant availability and less consumability, to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, a high value-added platform compound, is one of the hotest topics in the field of biomass resource application. Amongst all the solvents used in the dehydration of carbohydrates such as fructose, glucose and cellulose, ionic liquids deserve much attention due to their excellent solubility with carbohydrates and the ability to obtain the highest yield of 5-HMF. However, their high boiling points and the good miscibility with 5-HMF make the separation of 5-HMF very difficult. Based on our preliminary work, the present proposal for the first time brings forth the vacuum reactive distillation process for the promotion of the dehydration of carbohydrates and the separation of 5-HMF: we are going to use chloride alkyl imidazolium or chloride alkyl sulfonated imidazolium based ionic liquids as a solvent, use kinds of metal salts or oxides as a catalyst to improve the dehydration of fructose, glucose and cellulose in two vacuum reactive distillation equipments, together with 5-HMF being distilled out and the ionic liquid being recycled simultaneously.The implementation of the present project has great scientific significance and application value in the application of biomass resources and the d
