中文摘要: YBaCo4O7+δ材料在较低温度(200-400℃)下,随着温度和环境氧分压变化而表现的氧扩散、氧吸附/脱附性质及由此带来的材料性能变化,使其在氧分离、燃料电池电极材料和透氧膜材料等领域有着实际的应用。本申请即是基于电子衍射和拉曼光谱对材料结构对称性变化敏感的特征,研究YBaCo4O7+δ中的超结构及其氧吸附/脱附过程中的相变问题。深入研究其电子衍射模式及其在电子束辐照下的电子衍射谱的演变,解析其微观结构,建立超结构模型,分析其氧吸附/脱附过程中的相变规律;深入研究过氧样品中不同区域的拉曼散射谱,分析不同超结构相的拉曼散射特征,探索基于电子衍射和拉曼光谱研究超结构及材料相变问题的方法,为从微观机理上揭示这类材料氧吸附、脱附和氧扩散的本质提供重要依据,为这类材料微观结构及相变性质的研究开辟新的思路,具有重要研究意义。

英文摘要: YBaCo4O7+δ materials exhibit the unique oxygen diffusion and oxygen adsorption/desorption property within a narrow temperature range of 200-400℃, which made it a highly promising candidate in the fields of oxygen separation, solid oxide fuel cell, oxygen penetration membranes and so on. The work is to study its superstructures and structural phase transition in oxygen absorption/desorption process based on electron diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. By analysing their electron diffraction patterns thoroughly and the evolution of diffraction patterns under intense electron-beam irradiation, their superstructures are characterized and structural phase transition are studied. By investigating Raman spectrum from different phases with superstructures, we explore a method to characterize the superstructures and structural transition combined electron diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The work provide an important basis and a new research idea for revealing mechanism of oxygen adsorption, desorption and diffusion process of materials YBaCo4O7+δ.
