中文摘要: 项目针对污泥热解固体残留物在微波场内快速结晶的现象,以污泥热解固体残留物高值利用,重金属安全固定为目标,开展污泥热解固态产物微晶玻璃化过程中重金属微观固定机制研究。研究通过不同原料配方、热处理制度及加热方式对污泥热解灰微晶玻璃微观结构的影响,建立污泥热解灰内在性质、外在反应条件与多种微晶玻璃微观结构特性的关联体系,确定影响污泥微晶玻璃微观结构形成的关键因素。通过考察不同配位数、不同原子大小的重金属在玻璃相及不同晶相中的分布、掺杂行为;解析重金属在玻璃相中的包裹效应及在不同晶相中的掺杂机理;建立微晶玻璃微观结构、重金属特性与重金属固定效能的关联网络。最终明确对我国工业污泥中典型重金属(Cr、Cu、Zn等)固定效果最佳的微晶玻璃微观结构,结合该微观结构形成的控制条件,建立微波法污泥灰微晶玻璃重金属固定控制技术。

英文摘要: According to the quick crystallization of the solid residue from sewage sludge pyrolysis, a glass-ceramics was prepared from sludge pyrolysis ash by microwave heating. The stabilization of heavy metals in the sludge pyrolysis ash glass-ceramics by microstructure optimizing was investigation in this study to use the solid residue of sewage sludge pyrolysis and stable heavy metals. The influence of recipe, heating regime and heating resource on the microstructure of sludge ash glass-ceramics was studied, by which the relationships among characteristics of sludge, processing conditions and microstructure of sludge ash glass-ceramics are established. The mechanisms of stabilization of heavy metals in the glassy matrix and crystalline was investigation by detecting the distribution and doping pattern of the heavy metals with different coordination numbers and atom sizes. The relationships among microstructure of sludge ash glass-ceramics, characteristics of heavy metals and stabilization of heavy metals are built. Finally, the optimized microstructures of sludge ash glass-ceramics are determined to stable the typical heavy metals in national sewage sludge. The stabilization of heavy metals in the microwave prepared glass-ceramics from sludge pyrolysis solid residue was established.
