中文摘要: 针对面向功能、结构设计缺乏低碳设计支持,现有产品碳足迹分析难以与设计、变异过程融合等问题,提出低碳与结构变异的融合进化设计方法。基于复杂定制装备多层次结构变异单元再生、演化与结构碳排放模型关联,构建碳排放映射的结构变异图谱。将低碳驱动的功能定制与结构变异的碳排放反馈结合起来,实现复杂定制装备低碳与结构变异的互反馈设计方法。将复杂定制装备变异设计过程任务链与低碳设计知识结合起来,实现融合进化设计任务链与低碳化设计导航技术。在碳排放映射的结构变异图谱、低碳驱动与变异的互反馈设计、融合进化设计设计导航技术等方面取得创新与突破。开发复杂定制装备低碳与结构变异的融合进化设计原型系统,并在大型空分装备关键部机等设计中进行应用验证,为构建复杂装备低碳化设计平台提供理论与技术支撑。

英文摘要: The current product function oriented structure design method lacks of low-carbon decision supports and makes it difficult to analyze carbon footprint during product design process. Therefore, a fusion evolution design method of low-carbon and structure variation is put forward. The structure variation map of carbon emission mapping is constructed based on the regeneration, evolution of multi-feature structure and its association with structure carbon emission model of the complex customization equipment. The inter-feedback design between low-carbon and structure variation is realized by combining low-carbon driven function customization and carbon emission feedback of structure variation. The fusion evolution design of task chain and low-carbon design navigation is implemented by integrating task chain of variation design process and low-carbon design knowledge. The innovation and breakthrough will be obtained in structure variation map of carbon emission mapping, inter-feedback design between low-carbon and structure variation and fusion evolution design navigation, etc. A prototype system of fusion evolution design of low-carbon and structure variation for complex customization equipment will be developed and applied into the key machines of large air separation equipment which will further give the theoretic
