中文摘要: 依托信息技术构建协同物流的柔性运作模式,实现大范围内分散物流资源的优化整合,是当前我国社会经济发展中亟待解决的问题。已有研究分析了物流运作的柔性,指出融合情境信息的协同物流运作过程信息集成是支持协同物流成功运作的基础,并从技术层面研究了情境信息和业务过程建模分析的方法。但是,现有研究很少考虑柔性运作过程对情境变化的适应,针对真实场景中的协同物流运作过程展开建模与分析。本课题融合情境感知计算、本体建模和业务过程管理等多种方法,研究集成情境信息的协同物流柔性运作过程建模及分析,包括协同物流运作过程情境信息采集、识别和语义建模;协同物流运作过程业务规则形式化描述和柔性工作流集成建模;协同物流柔性运作过程挖掘分析。课题从过程视角研究协同物流的柔性运作,提出集成情境信息的柔性过程建模和挖掘分析方法,将为在新兴信息技术条件下构建协同物流运作模式提供新的方法基础,具有重要的科学创新意义和管理应用价值。

英文摘要: There is a pressing need for integrating the scattered logistics resources on a global scale through flexible operations in collaborative logistics using information techniques. Existing research provides analysis for the flexibility of logistics operations. Context-based process information integration is identified as the basis for successful logistics collaborations. In addition, techniques are vastly investigated in terms of context modeling, business process modeling and analysis. However, there is a dearth of research with regard to the modeling and analysis of operational processes for the collaborative logistics within a real scenario. Moreover, the context-awareness of flexible operational processes is rarely taken into consideration. This project aims to present a new context-ingrated process modeling and analysis method for the flexible operations in collaborative logistics, using a synergy of techniques including context-aware computing, ontology modeling, business process modeling and analysis. Research work will be carried out in terms of the context information collection, identification, and semantic modeling; the context-based business rule description and integrated flexible process modeling; process mining and analysis for the flexible operational processes within collaborative logistics. The project will investigate the flexible operations of collaborative logistics from a process perspective. A context-integrated new method will be proposed for modeling and analysis of flexible processes. Successful implementation of this project will provide a novel methodological basis for collaborative logistics operations within the complex context resulting from current information technologies. Insights will be drawn from this research for both academicians and practioners.
