中文摘要: 以人文—经济地理学、可持续性科学理论的综合视角为基础,采用空间模拟与统计分析相结合的方式,以鲁甸地震灾区为案例,从地震灾害事件发生后资源环境承载能力的短期剧变与长期演化切入,探究欠发达地区灾后恢复重建的脆弱性格局与弹性机理。测度灾后资源环境承载能力的剧变与损耗特征,构建灾后脆弱性分析框架,分析社会经济系统脆弱性格局;研究灾后资源环境承载能力的演化过程与弹性轨迹,通过微观分析阐释灾后居民和社区在恢复能力的差异性以及弹性机理;建立面向自然地理单元的灾后资源环境承载状态空间识别流程,通过超载、临界超载的承载状态空间识别,监测灾后国土开发过程与承载能力的适应性,提出灾后恢复重建的可持续适应策略。

英文摘要: Based on the comprehensive perspective of the theories of human-economic geography and sustainability science, regarding the changes of resources and environment carrying capacity within short-term and long-term as the breakthrough point, this project attempts to discuss the vulnerability pattern and resilience mechanism in the post-disaster reconstruction areas of 2014 Ludian Earthquake. In this project, (1) we want to estimate the characteristics of drastic changes and losses of post-disaster resources and environment carrying capacity, construct the analysis framework of post-disaster vulnerability, and analyze the vulnerability patterns of socio-economic system after the powerful earthquake struck. (2) We attempt to analyze the evolution process and path of resilience of resources and environment carrying capacity, and explain the difference of recovery ability and resilience mechanism of post-disaster residents and communities with microscopic analysis. (3) Using the flow of spatial recognition of resources and environment carrying capacity we plan to establish, we monitor the adaptability between territorial development and carrying capacity and put forward the sustainable adaptation strategies of post disaster reconstruction.
