中文摘要: 本项目针对目前各类聚光腔材料所存在的物理化学性能不稳定、反射率低、寿命短、不易成型等问题,提出了La1-xSrxTiO3+δ新型高反射陶瓷材料。采用数值模拟方式,确定La1-xSrxTiO3+δ高反射陶瓷材料的最佳成分配比范围,明确层状和立方钙钛矿晶体结构对其反射性能的影响,提出影响其反射性能的主要因素;揭示La1-xSrxTiO3+δ材料的反应机理,获得不同工艺条件和工艺阶段其物相变化和显微组织结构,建立制备工艺与材料成分、结构性能的关系;研究成分、相结构和显微组织结构对其反射性能和抗激光辐照性能的影响,揭示其损伤规律和损伤机理,并综合评价其物理性能。本项目的基础研究工作填补了La1-xSrxTiO3+δ高反射性能研究的空白,为新型高反射陶瓷材料的开发奠定基础。

英文摘要: In order to solve the problems of laser pump cavity, i.e., the physical and chemical instabilities, low reflectivity, short life time and hard molding, a novel high reflective ceramic material La1-xSrxTiO3+δ is proposed. Its best range of componential ratio for a high reflectivity will be optimized with theoretical simulations. The effects of its layer and cubic crystal structures on the reflectivity will be investigated, so the main factors of the reflectivity could be obtained. Its reaction mechanism will be revealed. The phase and microstructure of La1-xSrxTiO3+δ under different experimental conditions will be studied. The relationship between preparation conditions and properties of materials will be established. The influences of component, phase and microstructure on the reflectivity and anti-laser radiation property will be discussed. The laser damage rules and mechanisms will be also investigated. Besides, the other general physical properties will be evaluated. The basic research of this work will fill in the blanks of high reflective studies of La1-xSrxTiO3+δ, which will be the foundation of the development of novel high reflective ceramic materials.
