中文摘要: 研究表明血液流变学指标的改变与骨性关节炎发生、发展、治疗及预防存在一定的相关性,而维医沙疗对骨性关节炎有显著疗效,因此,本项目研究维医沙疗对血液流变学主要指标的影响程度,评估维医沙疗的疗效,并从血液流变学的角度揭示维医沙疗对骨性关节炎的内在疗效机理。把骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组、沙疗组和药疗组,经过15天的沙疗和药疗后,分别测定其血液流变学指标,分析实验数据来揭示沙疗对血液流变学主要指标的影响程度,并评估沙疗的疗效。研究沙疗时温度与压力对骨关节炎(OA)患者的耦合作用,建立温度和压力的耦合模型并揭示在患者的传热规律;研究沙疗对骨关节炎(OA)患者毛细血管血液流动的影响,建立沙体温度、压力和毛细血管血液流动之间的关系;研究沙疗对骨关节炎(OA)患者动脉血流动力学的影响。最终,建立沙体温度、压力和血液流变学主要指标之间的关系,进而从血液流变学的角度揭示沙疗的疗效机理。

英文摘要: Research showed that Uyghur Sand Therapy has an striking effect of the Osteoarthritis (OA). At present a lot of researches showed that the change of hemodynamic indexes and the osteoarthritis (OA) occurrence, development, treatment and prevention has certain correlation, for this reason, The project mainly do experiments and numerical simulation on the blood rheology mechanism of uyghur sand therapy,to further reveal the effect mechanism of uyghur sand therapy for osteoarthritis (OA) from the perspective of blood rheology. The osteoarthritis(OA) patients were divided randomly into uyghur sand therapy group,medication group and control group, sand treatment group of osteoarthritis (OA) patients ongoing sand treatment for 15 days, medication group of osteoarthritis (OA) patients ongoing medication treatment for 15 days and the control group patients of osteoarthritis (OA) without any processing,after that,the hemodynamic indexes for each group will be obtained to reveal the effects of uyghur sand therapy, and evaluation of the curative effect of uyghur sand therapy. And then, the coupling effect of pressure and temperature, the influence of capillary flow and femoral artery hemodynamic effects of sand therapy will be studied to reveal the heat transfer law in patients, to establish the relationship between the temperature, pressure and the flow of blood capillary and the relationship between blood viscosity, shear stress and blood flow velocity. In the end the relationship between the pressure of sand, temperature of sand and bloodrheology indexes will be established to reveal sand treatment curative effect from the perspective of blood rheology.
