中文摘要: 硫化物广泛存在于水体沉积环境中,某些底栖生物类群在长期生存适应过程中形成了应对硫化物毒性的生理策略,不同种类的耐受能力和应对策略可能存在差异,此类研究国外已有部分报道,而国内却报道较少。已有研究表明,多毛类对硫化物毒性的耐受能力很强,能够通过不同生理反应降低硫化物对机体的损害。本研究拟以典型环境指示生物双齿围沙蚕为研究对象,通过对其生境中硫化物含量进行初步调查,揭示其分布与硫化物含量的关系,初步评价其对硫化物的耐受能力;利用特殊装置获得稳定的水体硫化物浓度,通过急性胁迫和慢性胁迫(水体和沉积物)实验,结合能量与呼吸代谢、酶活性和硫元素在主要组织中的形态转化的研究方法,对不同条件下硫化物激发的生理反应进行研究,从不同角度阐释双齿围沙蚕应对硫化物毒性的生理策略,以期为建立底质污染水域的生物修复方法提供参考,为底栖动物应对硫化物毒性的生理生态学机制提供基础数据。

英文摘要: Sulfide is a common, and often abundant, constituent of aquatic sediments. Some benthonic organisms gained physiological strategies on responding to the sulfide toxicity via the adaptation of a long time period. The tolerance and physiological strategies on sulfide toxicity among species are different. There were some relative studies abroad, but few were in our country. It has been reported that polychaetes showed high tolerance to sulfide toxicity through a series of physiological responses to reduce the harmful effects on organisms. This project will focus on the Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube which is one of the important bioindicators of environmental pollution. The preliminary investigation on the sulfide concentration in the habitat of P. aibuhitensis will clarify the relationship between sulfide and the distribution of P. aibuhitensis and give a preliminary assessment on tolerance of sulfide. The stable concentration of sulfide in seawater will be maintained by a specially designed equipment. The experiments of acute stress and chronic stress (sulfide in water and sediment) will be conducted in the program.
