中文摘要: 海底管道微小泄漏是严重的安全生产隐患。由于输送介质和所处环境的特殊性,一旦诱发事故,不仅影响正常生产,还会对环境造成严重污染,甚至危及生命财产安全。本项目针对海底管道输运领域中急需解决的微小泄漏检测与定位这个世界级难题开展研究,以期为国内外相关研究奠定坚实的技术基础,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。根据海底管道复杂的运行环境,本项目提出一种管道微泄漏内检测器,该检测器在输送介质的推动下在管道中前进,从管道内靠近泄漏点采集泄漏声音信号,利用检测器内部携带的多种传感器,对泄漏点进行三维定位。本项目的研究内容主要包括:研究提高海底管道检漏灵敏度的方法;研究海底管道泄漏三维定位方法;研究管道内检测器的运行规律,搭建一个合理有效的海底管道内检测平台。本项目研制的样机有望发展成为一种新的海管检漏仪器并服务于国民经济。

英文摘要: Tiny leakage of subsea pipeline is a serious potential safety hazard due to the specialty of its service environment and the substance transported. Once accidents are induced by the tiny leakage, we will suffer not only great production loss, but also serious pollution to the environment. This project will carry out research work to solve the world-class problem of inspecting and locating tiny leak of subsea oil and gas pipeline, in order to lay a solid technical foundation for this field at home and abroad, which will bring enormous economic and social benefits. Taking into account the complex running conditions of subsea pipeline, a novel inner detector is proposed for inspection and locating of subsea pipeline's tiny leak. The detector is pushed forward by the oil and gas, and can swim freely along the pipeline, hearing and recording the leak signal very close to the leak point, and using installed multi-sensors to calculate 3-D location of the leak point. Main work will include research on how to improve the sensitivity of leak detection, method of 3D localization of subsea leak point, and the movement characteristics of the detector to manufacture a reasonable and effective inner inspection carrier. The prototype of this project is expected to be developed into a new subsea pipeline leak detection instrument and serve the national economy.
