中文摘要: 由于CuInS2-ZnS成为近来科学研究的热点材料,并且一维异质结构纳米材料具有自生电场偶极、光诱导价电子分离和高速电子传输等奇特的性质,本项目计划合成一维的CuInS2-ZnS纳米材料,并开展相关晶体生长的机理研究。一方面,用Cu1.94S纳米颗粒取代低熔点金属颗粒的催化剂,通过溶剂热分解反应,在催化辅助生长模式下实现一维异质结构纳米材料的可控合成。另一方面,通过表面活性剂的晶面修饰实现晶体的可控生长,获得一维的Cu1.94S纳米晶的,然后作种子进行相变合成一维的CuInS2纳米材料,然后,外延生长ZnS,形成一维的异质结构。另外,研究ZnS在一维CuInS2纳米晶的外延生长机理,实现一维异质结构的结构和性质的可控。在材料合成的基础上,本项目还将测试异质结构的光电性质,开展太阳能电池上的应用研究.

英文摘要: Due to the fact that CuInS2-ZnS semiconductor materials have recently become a hot research materials,and the novel perportis of one-dimensional heterostructures nanomaterials, such as the self-field electric dipole,photoinduced charge separation and high-speed electronic transmission, the project propose to synthesize the one dimensional CuInS2-ZnS heterostructure nanomaterials and develop the studies on their crystal growth mechnism . One hand,using Cu1.94S nanocrystals to replace the low melting point metal nanoparticles, we design to develope a controlled thermal decomposition reaction under the catalyst-assisted grownth mode in the high temperature orgainic solvent to achieve the synthesis of one dimensional nanomaterials. On the other hand by adjusting the surfactant ligand on the crystal surface, we can achieve the goal to control the growth of Cu1.94S seeds nanocrystals, which then are used as seeds to be phase transform into one dimensional CuInS2 nanomaterials. Via epitaxial growth of ZnS on the one dimensional CuInS2, CuInS2-ZnS heterostructures will be synthesized in the form of nanomaterials. In addition, the epitaxial growth mechanism of ZnS on one dimensional CuInS2 nanocrystals will be also studied.
