中文摘要: 高分子材料的聚集态结构是在加工过程中的外场作用下构建的(如温度、压力、剪切、电场等),因此高分子材料的性能很大程度上与所经历的外场有关。广义上说,分子间的一些特殊作用,如氢键,也可以视为一种场。在含有极性官能团的聚酯类高分子材料基体中加入含有羟基等官能团的共混组分时可以形成氢键,对聚酯材料的聚集态结构产生很大的影响。本项目拟选用单酚、多元酚及聚乙烯酚等物质通过溶液和熔融共混技术分别与聚酯类材料共混,系统研究酚的种类、含量与聚酯材料形成氢键的强度及参与形成氢键羰基的含量影响,从而进一步探讨不同强度和含量的氢键场对聚酯类材料聚集态结构与加工应用性能的影响,揭示氢键场对聚酯类材料结构与性能的影响关系,从而为使用氢键场高性能化这类高分子材料奠定基础。该项目的实施,为高分子材料的高性能化提出了新的思路与方法。

英文摘要: The aggregation structure of polymer materials is formed under external fields during processing,such as temperautre, pressure, shear and electron field, for which the properties of polymer materials are largely determined by the external fields.Inter- or intro molecular interacterations such as hydrogen bonding,also can be viewed as exteral fields. Hydrogen bonding is prone to form between polymer chains with strong polar groups and additives containing hydroxyl groups .In this project, single phenol compound, multi -phenol and polyvinyl phenol will be selected to blend with polyesters using solution and melting. The Effect of the variety and content of phenol on the the strength of the hydrogen bonding and the content of hydrogen-bonded carbonyl group will be investigated.Furthermore, the effect of the strength and content of the hydrogen bonding on the aggregation structure, processing and properties of polyesters will be discussed.The relationship between hydrogen bonding field and the variation of structure and properties of polyesters will be revealed. The present project will propose a new idea and method for the general plastics to achieve high performance.
