中文摘要: 将细水雾以幕状形式遮蔽衰减热源(如火灾火焰、军事目标热排放等)红外辐射的传输,达到控制火灾蔓延、军事目标红外隐身等目的,是细水雾技术利用的新领域。细水雾热遮蔽过程的多场耦合特性及热遮蔽系统的优化设计问题尚未得到有效解决,缺乏理论层面的机理解释与模型分析,亦没有明确的系统优化和主动的顶层设计。本项目拟围绕这一科学问题,综合运用传热传质学、计算热辐射学、光散射学、光谱学等相关理论建立细水雾热遮蔽过程的综合计算模型,全面考虑热遮蔽过程中各种传热传质现象、雾滴和吸收性气体的浓度分布、环境条件、喷雾模式等因素,准确评估细水雾的热遮蔽能力。基于综合模型的分析计算和实验研究,对热遮蔽过程进行优化设计,指导建立高效的热遮蔽系统。

英文摘要: It’s a new field using the fine water sprays as a shielding curtain to attenuate the infrared radiative transfer of heat source, for the goal of controlling the spreading of fire and infrared stealth of military targets. The problems of sprays thermal shielding process such as multi-field coupling characteristics and thermal shielding system optimization design and so on have not been effectively resolved, lacking mechanism explanation and shielding abilities assessment on the theoretical level. Also, there are not explicit system optimization model and active top-level design. For the key scientific problems, this project intends to establish a comprehensive calculation model for the thermal shielding process , integrally using theories of heat and mass transfer, calculation of thermal radiation science, light scattering science, spectroscopy and so on. With the model, the heat and mass transfer phenomena, the concentration distribution of droplets and absorbing gas, environmental conditions, spray patterns and so on are all considered , for the purpose of accurately evaluating thermal shielding abilities. Based on the analysis and calculation of integrated model, the process of thermal shielding will be optimized designed, and an efficient thermal shielding system will be established.
