中文摘要: 本项目拟合成富勒烯基两亲性两嵌段共轭聚合物,富勒烯为疏水嵌段,水溶性聚芴为亲水嵌段。聚芴侧链采用寡聚醚、胺、磷脂和双离子侧链,及含有自由移动对离子的阴离子和阳离子。通过聚芴嵌段聚合度的优化、溶剂的选择、薄膜旋涂速度与溶剂挥发速度的控制、及器件热处理条件的优化等,在有机/聚合物太阳能电池(OPV)的活性层上制备阴极界面层。此界面层为垂直于基底、平行排列的两嵌段共轭聚合物单层层状结构或近似形貌。其中富勒烯嵌段平行排列且与活性层完全融合,聚芴嵌段平行排列并与阴极接触。通过富勒烯嵌段改善与活性层的相容性,克服极性共轭聚合物,尤其是离子型共轭聚合物与非极性活性层浸润性差的问题。在此超薄界面层薄膜中,富勒烯嵌段可以实现高效的电子传输和空穴阻隔,极性嵌段在阴极界面形成强偶极促进电子的提取。本项目拟通过材料设计与薄膜制备条件的优化,提高OPV阴极界面层的均匀度、可重复性和器件性能。

英文摘要: Amphiphilic conjugated diblock copolymers with hydrophobic fullerene blocks and hydrophilic poyfluorenes blocks are the target materials in this project. PEO derivatives, amino, phosphonate and zwitterionic side chains will be introduced into the polyfluorenes blocks. Cationic and anionic polyfluorenes will also be applied to the diblock copolymers. Interface layers between the cathode and active layer in OPV will be prepared based on the above materials. The molecular weights of polyfluorenes, solvents, speeds for the spin-coating and solvents evaporation, as well as the thermal annealing temperatures will be optimized to control the morphology of the interface layers. The ideal morphology for the interface layer is a single layer of the di-block copolymer with parallel fullerene moleculars attached to the OPV active layer and the polyfluorenes block on the surface, which will be next to the cathode. The fullerene blocks here are expected to improve the compatibility of the hydrophilic poyfluorenes and the hydrophobic OPV active layer, which can also help the electron out-put and decrease the hole quenching at the cathode.
