中文摘要: 设计合成一系列可用于有机光电子学应用的新型有机pi-共轭体系。发展高效的有机合成方法,构筑有机共轭功能分子单元和新型稠环分子体系,特别是含有杂原子的共轭分子,可控合成高迁移率、高稳定性和可溶液加工的p型有机半导体材料;选择具有高迁移率的共轭分子,进行可控官能团化研究,发展综合性能优异的有机半导体;创建新的缺电子共轭单元和稠环分子体系,可控合成不同缺电子单元和分子骨架,调控分子的LUMO能级,发展新型缺电子共轭分子体系,合成高迁移率、高稳定性和可溶液加工的n型有机半导体。研究有机半导体分子体系内电子迁移、能量转移、分子光谱、电化学性质等变化以及电子结构的变化,探讨分子结构、组装、形貌与其性能的内在联系,从而为发展新型有机半导体分子结构的创新性研究、有机半导体材料的聚集态奠定理论基础。将这些新型共轭p型和n型有机半导体实现器件化研究,获得具有自主知识产权的可产业化有机半导体材料。

英文摘要: Polymeric field-effect transistors (PFETs) are advancing rapidly in terms of their applications in low-cost large-area thin film transistors.To design new polymers for high-mobility PFETs with ambient-stability is still of great challenge. Herein, employing the concept of molecular docking, we design and synthesize several serials of conjugated copolymers for PFETs to investigate their structure-property relationship. We systematically compare FET device performances, polymer packings and film morphologies of the polymers, and find that this strategy is efficient to obtain high-performance FETs. By means of atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing-incident X-ray diffraction (GIXD), we investigate the morphology of all polymers in thin film to study the effect of polymer structure and also further to underdtand the relationship between device performance and the morphology of polymers in solid state. Fimally, we will obtain several commercially-available polymer materials for field-effect transistors.
