中文摘要: 产品创新主要有产品设计决定,设计又以创新为灵魂,产品创新本质上取决于产品设计阶段的创新。本项目以产品的创新设计为研究对象,研究设计过程中的知识流动,以及如何通过知识流动支持产品的创新设计。以机械产品的创新设计过程为主线,对产品的概念设计、结构设计、多学科优化设计进行研究。在概念设计过程中引入TRIZ理论,快速生成设计方案;在此基础上,进行产品的初步配置设计,并对配置设计结果进行同步仿真与优化,验证设计方案与配置结果的可行性;进而通过设计知识流将概念设计、结构设计与多学科优化设计集成为一体,实现产品的同步创新设计。在理论研究的基础上开发原型系统,并结合典型产品进行应用,验证理论的可行性。希望通过本项目的研究,能够解决机械产品创新设计中设计知识快速有效获取,机械产品设计原理解与可行性方案快速生成,原理解与可行性方案的评价与优化等技术问题。

英文摘要: Product innovation is mainly depended on product design,and innovation is soul of product design.Innovative design is research object of the project,and we will research knowledge flows in design process and how to support innovative product design through knowledge flows.Innovative design process is the main line of the project,which linked conceptual design and structural design and multidisciplinary optimization design as a system.By introducing TRIZ theory in the conceptual design stage,design scheme can be produced quickly.On this basis,Configuration design would be carried out,which can get initial product structure.And then synchronous simulation and optimization will be done,which can verify the feasibility of design scheme and product configuration.Based on the basis of theoretical study,prototype system is developed, through which verify the feasibility of the theory.By studying the project, design knowledge can be obtained quickly and effectively,and original understanding can be generated quickly, and feasibility of the program can be evaluated and optimized.
