中文摘要: 多层膜镜是同步辐射大装置中必不可少的单色器和聚焦元件。基于上海光源乃至国内同步辐射领域的迫切需求,本项目致力于实现多层膜在同步辐射装置在线的X射线干涉相衬成像表征,以弥补传统实验室在实际成像表征的不足。本项目主要采用全场相衬和塔尔博特成像技术,探究光束相干性、多层膜界表面粗糙度和反射光束波前畸变间的关系,解决多层膜元件在同步辐射装置使用的核心难点问题;使用相干衍射成像技术,基于相位恢复技术,通过对一系列二维相衬成像的还原,来重构不同多层膜的界表面特定区域的真实三维结构。相关的在线表征结果将反馈到制备工艺,最终实现改善多层膜元件的成像质量,并尽量减少反射光束相干性损失的目的。

英文摘要: Multilayer mirror is the key monochromator and focusing optics in synchrotron radiation facility. Based on the urgent requrement in Shanghai and other synchrotron radiation facilities, this project focuses on realizing the characterization of the multilayer mirror by X-ray interference phase contrast imaging in order to meet the shortfall of imaging characterization in general laboratory. In this project, full-field phase contrast and Talbot imagings are mainly used to study the relationship between coherence of X-rays, surface and interfacial roughness on multilayer mirrors and wavefront distortion of reflected beam.These works aim to solve the key diffulties of using multilayer optics in synchrotron radiation facility. By using coherent diffraction imaging, based on phase retrieval algorithm,a series 2D phase contrast signal can be retrieved to reconstruct real 3D surface and interface structures of specific zones for various multilayer mirrors.The related results will be feebacked to the fabrication and improve the imaging quality and decrease the coherence loss.
