中文摘要: 高性能中子源已成为众多前沿科学的综合性研究平台,产生更高的中子通量和有效利用中子一直是国际中子科学界不断努力追求的目标。长脉冲中子源与短脉冲中子源相比,实现技术难度低,相同功率水平时造价低,可提供更强的时间平均通量,可提高中子利用效率,正成为与短脉冲中子源互补的主要发展方向。散裂中子源的中子学性能由慢化器输出的中子特性体现。本项目拟研究不同类型的TMR系统对应的长脉冲中子源慢化器中子强度分布、中子能谱、中子脉冲时间结构等中子学性能及其影响因素与影响机理,探索其中子学性能优化方法。研究其中子学性能的测量方法和实验方案,利用即将建成的ms级长脉冲质子束驱动的清华微型脉冲强子源,开展长脉冲中子源常温慢化器的中子学性能实验研究。通过本项目实施,可以掌握相关物理分析、设计及测量方法与技术,积累实验数据,为长脉冲中子源TMR设计提供理论和实验依据,为发展适合长脉冲中子源的中子散射谱仪提供中子源项。

英文摘要: High performance neutron source has been the important multi-disciplinary scientific facility. Higher flux and higher efficiency of utilization of neutron are always the targets pursued in the area of neutron science. Compared with short pulse neutron source, long pulse neutron source is easier to build, has lower cost, will provide higher average flux, and improve the utilization efficiency of neutrons. So long pulse neutron source has been the complementary way together with short pulse neutron source. The neutronics performance of spallation neuron source is demanded by the output performance of moderator. Neutronics performance of the moderator of long pulse neutron source, include distribution of intensity, energy spectrum and time structure of neutron pulse, and so on, also the influence factor and influence mechanism, will be researched. The optimization of neutronics performance of the moderator will also be involved. Measuring method of neutronics performance of the moderator of long pulse neutron source will be researched. And the experiments of measuring the neutronics performance of room temperature moderator of Compact Pulsed Hadron Source of Tsinghua University, which driven by a long pulse proton linac, will be taken.
