中文摘要: 针对定向凝固钛铝合金熔体与铸型涂层界面反应问题,采用试验研究、理论分析以及微观尺度模拟相结合的方法,进行钛铝合金熔体与铸型涂层在定向凝固条件下的界面反应微观机理研究。采用自主开发的辅助铸型涂层技术制备定向凝固钛铝合金铸件,通过研究铸件界面反应层特征,并结合界面反应热力学和动力学相关参数的理论计算,阐明界面反应热力学和动力学规律;并在此基础上借助第一性原理模拟方法,构建界面反应原子尺度微观模型,模拟各参数对界面反应的影响,揭示定向凝固钛铝合金熔体与铸型涂层间界面反应微观机理,建立多因素耦合作用下界面反应的一体化物理模型。本项目的研究不仅将为设计制备出优质定向凝固钛铝合金铸件提供理论依据,而且对促进界面反应微观模拟技术的发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要: For the interfacial reaction between TiAl alloy melt and mold coating, the micro-mechanism on the interfacial reaction between TiAl alloy melt and mold coating is investigated through experimental research, theoretical analysis together with microscale simulation. During the directional solidification, the TiAl alloy is directionally solidified in a mold with protective coating. By combing the reactive layer research and the theoretical calculation of thermokinetic parameters on the interfacial reaction, the thermokinetic law on the interfacial reaction is presented. On this basis, microscopic model on the atomic scale for the interfacial reaction is established by means of the First Principle. The effects of the processing parameters on the interfacial reaction are simulated. The micro-mechanism on the interfacial reaction between TiAl alloy melt and mold coating during directional solidification is revealed. The integrated physical model of interfacial reaction under the multi-factor coupling is established. The project not only provides the theoretical basis for designing and preparing the high quality TiAl alloy during directional solidification, but also improves the microscopic simulation technology on the interfacial reaction.
