中文摘要: 类脑计算是当前国际信息技术领域重要发展方向,如何构建与之相适应的新型存储结构及其调制编码是必须解决的课题之一。人工神经形态器件是类脑计算研究的一个主流研究方向,这种计算存储器应具有神经元多点可塑连接和阶层化、模块化的特征。目前尚未发展出完备的硬件体系及相应的编码理论。 本项目拟利用光存储的特点,建立一个具有上述特征的物理环境,在此基础上研究适用于类脑计算存储器调制编码技术。本项目主要研究适用于多层次可塑结构存储系统的调制编码理论模型和实现方法。在现有光存储技术的多维多阶记录基础上,模拟一种新的多层次、关联记忆存储的信息记录结构。建立关联记忆存储结构的理论模型,并针对这种结构设计新的调制编码方法。并在建立仿真分析系统的基础上,进行模拟实验验证。 本项目实施可以为类脑计算存储器的探索研究提供理论基础,亦可促进人工神经形态器件的研究进展。同时也可为我国今后在国际类脑计算技术领域争取更多话语权。

英文摘要: Bio-inspired computing is an important worldwide research direction of information technology field and how to build a new compatible storage structure and the modulation encode system is one of the topics that must be addressed. Artifitial neuromorphic device is one of the breakthrough direction of bio-inspired computing, but the complete hardware system and the corresponding coding theory has not been developed. So the compatible structure and its modulation encode are indispensable topics for the information storage of the bio-inspired computing system, which has multiple plastic connections as the neurons, and is highly hierarchical and modularized. However, the development of a well established hardware system for the information storage of the bio-inspired computation is still difficult. This project demonstrates a physical system and subsequently defines a modulation encoding method based on the optical memory technology. The project demonstrates a theoretical mode and realization mathod of the modulation encoding employed for multidimensional associated storage system. Based on the current optical storage technologies of multi-level and multi-dimensional records, a novel multidimensional associated information recording structures will be simulated. Besides, the theoretical model will be established, for which the corresponding modulation encoding method should also be designed. Furthermore, the evaluation method and parameters will be carried out on a simulation system. This project provides the basic theory of the storage system for the bio-inspired computation, and the research result could also be used for the development of the neuromorphic device.
