中文摘要: 强流脉冲电子束是一种新型的材料表面改性技术,在制备大面积非晶合金层上具有明显优势,然而多相晶态合金在脉冲式能量作用下的非晶态转变过程和机理尚不明确。本项目拟采用实验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究Al-Co-Ce多相合金在多脉冲强流电子束作用下非晶合金层的形成机制。研究内容包括以下三方面:(1)采用同步辐射X射线三维成像技术等实验手段,原位跟踪在不同脉冲次数能量作用下Al-Co-Ce多相晶态合金中金属间化合物相的转变和及其对非晶合金层形成的影响;(2)基于多脉冲电子束表面改性的具体实验过程,建立合金热传导的数学模型,并对多脉冲下的温度场进行数值求解;(3)基于温度场模型,研究电子束表面改性过程中多脉冲导致的能量累积效应对合金的温度场变化、成分均匀化和非晶态转变的影响规律。本项目的实施将有利于深入理解多相晶态合金在脉冲能量作用下的响应机制,并将推动强流脉冲电子束技术在非晶合金制备中的应用。

英文摘要: High current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) as a novel technology of materials surface modification has distinct advantage in fabrication of large-area amorphous alloy layer. However, the glass transition of multi-phase crystalline alloy under the action of pulsed energy is not clear. In this project, we will study the formation mechanism of amorphous alloy layer for the Al-Co-Ce multi-phase alloy under the action of multi-pulse HCPEB irradiation by both experiments and numerical simulations. There are three objectives of this research as follows: (1) We will study the in-situ microstructural evolution of intermetallics and its effect on the formation of amorphous alloy layer on the treated alloy surface using synchrotron radiation X-ray imaging and other experimental technologies. (2) We will build and numerically solve the heat transfer equation and obtain the temperature field of the alloy in the HCPEB surface treatment. (3) Based on the temperature field, the effect of energy accumulation on the change of temperature field, composition homogenization and glass transition will be studied. The implementation of this project will be beneficial to the further understanding of the responding mechanism of multi-phase crystalline alloy to the pulsed energy, and promote the application of HCPEB in the fabrication of amorphous alloy layer.
