中文摘要: 与公网向第5代移动通信(5G)演进一样,与高铁有关的移动通信技术也将向下一代演进,从国家战略考虑,必须先行部署。未来5G系统,无论是公用还是专用,频谱资源需求与供给之间的矛盾将日益扩大,对于licensed系统,如何有效利用现有unlicensed频段资源就是本课题研究的出发点。基于此,本课题考虑未来移动通信技术的普适性,同时兼顾未来高铁移动通信的需求和特点,研究基于5G关键技术的高铁移动通信系统关键技术,包括高铁场景下unlicensed频段与licensed频段融合、控制面与用户面解耦的通信系统架构及兼容性、融合系统的干扰协调,以及大规模MIMO等关键技术应用等。预期将在上述关键问题上实现有效突破,形成一系列具有自主知识产权的成果。我们相信,本课题的选题符合国家科技发展战略和重大需求,也符合通信产业发展的趋势,必将有利于5G技术和高铁相关技术的突破,为自主高铁成套技术国家品牌作出贡献。

英文摘要: From the state strategic considerations, the future mobile communication technology for high-speed railway, which is similar to the evolution of the fifth generation mobile communication (5G) of public network, should be deployed beforehand. For the future 5G system, whether public or professional, the contradiction between spectrum's supply and demand will be ever growing. How to effectively use the existing unlicensed spectrum resource is the motivation of this project. Based on the backgorund, considering the universality of the future mobile communication technology, the requirements of the future mobile communications and characteristics for high speed railway, the project studies the 5G based key techniques of mobile communication system for high speed railway scenarios, including the convergence of unlicensed spectrum and licensed spectrum, decoupling structure of control plane and the user plane and its compatibility, interference coordination of the convergent system, and the key technique applications, such as massive MIMO, and so on. It is expected that we will achieve successful breakthrough on the key problems, and form a series of achievements of independent intellectual property rights. We believe that the topics of this project accord with the national science and technology development strategies and major requirements, and the development trend of communications industry. The project will surely benefit to breakthrough of the 5G and high speed railway associated technologies, and make contributions to national brand of independent complete set of high speed technology.
