中文摘要: 水汽数据的精确获取,具有重要的意义。但是陆地表面地形地貌的复杂多变,使得目前基于多种观测技术的不同类型水汽资料具有不同的优缺点。本项目以定量遥感理论为基础,目前国际上最先进的算法为出发点,结合多源卫星和地面观测,充分利用目前可用的免费或价格非常低的卫星数据,对不同观测类型的资料进行校订和比对,发展基于多源遥感数据的水汽反演算法,建立我国境内长时间序列高时空分辨的陆地表面大气水汽数据库,并对水汽的分布及其变化特征进行分析,从而为更好的理解水循环过程及其对天气和气候变化的影响提供参考依据。

英文摘要: It is of great significance to obtain accurate water vapor dataset. Currently, wate vapor measurements are made from a varity of sources, however, each of the datasets has significant limitations due to the complex surface land cover. In this project, long term water vapor data with high time and space resolution will be built based on multiple source data including radiosonde data, GPS data and remote sensing data. Starting from the most advanced algorithm, making full use of the free remote sensing data, the algorithm for retrieving water vapor based on multiple source remote sensing data is built. The characteristics of water vapor spatial and time distribution will also be analyzed. The comprehensive and accurate water vapor developed in this project will supply a better understanding of water vapor's role in the earth's climate system.
