中文摘要: 金属大环配合物的研究是目前的热点。基于前期大环配合物的研究工作,针对可在仲氮上功能化的特点,我们将具有特殊配位能力的基团,例如羧基(氯乙酸或丙烯酸)、氮杂环(2(or 3,4)-氯甲基吡啶,4-溴甲基-三联吡啶)或丙烯腈等基团对一些冠醚、穴醚化合物进行功能化。再利用溶液反应等方法,分别将其与过渡金属铂、钯、银、镉和锌等离子进行组装,构建同金属具有平面状、笼状、穴状、轮状和圆柱状等立体结构的金属配合物,利用这些元素、氮杂环配体自身以及形成特殊结构配合物所具有的性质进行荧光性能、电子和能量传递方面的研究工作;构建以上元素之间或与其它金属离子之间的异金属配合物,使配合物显示更加丰富的荧光性质,以探讨和揭示结构与发光性能之间的构效关系,阐明发光机理。此项研究对于合成新的室温长寿命高量子产率荧光材料,并在将来将此类化合物的荧光性质用于监控与蛋白质的作用,研究这些化合物的抗癌抗肿瘤活性具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The coordination chemistry of metal macrocyclic complexes is attracting current attention. Aiming at the functionalization of different chemical groups on secondary nitrogen atoms at macrocyclic compounds, we will use some methods to functionalize some chemical groups, such as carboxyl groups (chloroacetic acid, acrylic acid), heterocyclic nitrogen groups (2-chloromethyl pyridine, 3-chloromethyl pyridine or 4- chloromethyl pyridine, 4'-bromomethyl-terpyridine) or acrylonitrile, on the secondary nitrogen atoms at some coronand or cryptand compounds, on the basis of the research work of similar compounds. By using the methods of solution reaction, solution diffusion and solvent-thermal reactions, these functionalized macrocyclic compounds will be assemble with transition metals, such as platinum, palladium, silver, cadmium and zinc and other ions, to construct some metal complexes with special three-dimensional structures, such as planar, cage-like, cave-like, cricoid or cylindrical geometries. We will carry out the research works as follows: to study the photoluminescent properties of these constructed metal complexes basing on the characters of meatl ions and some heterocyclic ligands with special photo-luminescent properties; to construct dissimilar metal complexes with more rich in fluorescent properties, with
