中文摘要: 月球探测是我国在各个领域综合实力的重要体现。当前在月球采样领域中的研究侧重于深层采样,但因其机械结构和采样工艺复杂导致故障率高。相比之下表层采样方式灵活,更有效率,但还缺乏相关的理论研究。本项目拟建立考虑扰动条件的模拟月球表层采样的机土耦合力学模型。该模型首先以模块化、函数化的思想分别构建运动、机具、月壤力学三大基本模块群,通过基本模块的自由组合,可针对不同条件下不同表层采样方式进行准确的理论定义分析;其次,针对月壤极易受到扰动的特点,本项目拟基于物理试验和离散元仿真分析相结合的方式,对采样过程中月壤的扰动特征及其力学性质的变化规律进行分析归纳,并融入建立的力学模型中;最后,将该模型编写相关计算机程序进行规模化计算,初步建立不同条件下表层采样方式的优化设计体系。本项目拟建立的月球表层采样力学模型将为我国月球采样领域提供一种更加高效、灵活、准确的分析理论,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Moon exploration is an important embodiment of comprehensive strength in Chinese multiple area. Current researches about lunar sampling are focused on deep sampling, which has complex mechanical structure and sampling process that result in highly failure rate. By comparison, surface sampling is more flexible and efficient, but lack of theoretical research. This project aims to establish a theoretical model on lunar surface sampling with a consideration of machine-soil coupling and lunar soil disturbance. Firstly three groups of basic modules, including motion, equipment and lunar soil mechanics, will be built in the model based on modular and function concept. Through the combination of basic modules from three groups, accurate theoretical definition of different lunar surface sampling model under different conditions would be established and analyzed respectively. Secondly, since the lunar soil is extremely vulnerable to disturbance, the lunar soil disturbance characteristics with its mechanical properties change rule during the sampling process will be analyzed on the basis of physical experiments and Discrete Element Method (DEM) simulation. And this regulation will be integrated into the established mechanics model. Finally, in order to acquire the optimization design of lunar surface sampling under different conditions, writing the program by using the established model and large-scale calculation with the program are necessary. The lunar surface sampling mechanical model build in this project, will provide a more efficient, flexible and accurate analytical theory, which has both theoretical and practical value for Chinese lunar sampling design.
