中文摘要: 数控机床的精度可靠性问题是制约我国数控装备行业发展的重大共性和关键性科学问题。数控机床精度状态的变化是一个复杂非线性动力系统的时空演化过程,对其演化规律的认识还远远不够,难以满足理论及工程应用的需要。为此,本项目研究基于混沌时间序列重构相空间的精度动态演化模型,掌握其非线性演化机理,根据拓扑同构原理提出基于混沌预测理论的精度预测方法,对数控机床精度状态的发展趋势做出准确预测,并根据相空间庞加莱截面特征追溯数控机床精度变化的原因。迄今关于混沌理论运用于数控机床精度非线性演化的研究还鲜有报道,其演化机理尚不清楚。本项目拟以数控机床精度演化的非线性动力学行为特征为研究基点,突破重构精度相空间延迟映射的关键技术,建立基于动态时延网络的混沌智能预测模型和基于神经网络的混沌智能溯因模型,最终实现基于混沌理论的数控机床精度演化、预测与溯因的新方法,为解决数控机床精度可靠性问题提供理论支撑和技术支持。

英文摘要: CNC machine tool's precision reliability is the important commonness and key scientific problem that constraints the development of our numerical control equipments.The change of the numerical control machine tool's precision state is a spatial and temporal evolution of the complex nonlinear dynamical system,and the learning about the evolution is far from enough.It is difficult to meet the needs of the theory and engineering application.The idea is that through the study of dynamical evolution model of the precision based on the reconstructed phase space of the chaotic time series,to grasp the nonlinear evolution mechanism,then to propose the precision prediction method based on the chaotic prediction theory according to the Topological isomorphism principle.The developmental trend of the CNC machine could be predicted accurately,and the causes that cause the change of the CNC machine precision could be traced according to the features of Poincare section in the phase space.So far the reports that applying the chaotic theory to nonlinear evolution of CNC machine precision are rarely,and the evolution mechanism is not clear.This research will devotes to the nonlinear dynamics behavior in the precision evolution of the CNC machine,breakthrough in key technologies for the reconstruction of precision phase space,es
