中文摘要: 本项目以金属、合金及其化合物纳米颗粒为研究对象,探索埋嵌型纳米颗粒在应变作用下的微观结构和物理性质变化规律,揭示尺寸、形貌和微观晶格结构之间的内在联系,通过人为的调节纳米颗粒的应变分布来实现对纳米颗粒结构相变的调控,从而进一步优化纳米颗粒的光学、电学和磁学性能。研究工作是将应变作用与纳米材料相结合形成新的交叉研究领域,对于拓展人们对纳米材料和应变物理的认识,促进凝聚态物理和材料科学等研究领域的发展有积极的意义。

英文摘要: In this project, we will investigate the influence of strain on the crystal microstructure and physical properties of embedded nanoparticles such as metals, alloys, and compounds nanoparticles. We will investigate the interplay between the size, morphology and microstructure of nanoparticles. The structural phase transition of nanoparticles will be controlled by optimization of strain distribution of nanoparticles, and thus the optical, electrical and magnetic properties of nanoparticles will be further controlled and tuned via strain in the system. It is a novel cross-link research area combined by strain and nanomaterials, which will be especially useful for researcher to expand their knowledge of nanomaterials and the physics of strain. It can therefore proceed the development of condensed matter physics and materials science.
