中文摘要: 磨削表面强化是集成了磨削与热处理于一体的复合加工新技术。而现有的磨削强化工艺由于磨削热传递不均匀和高的温度梯度,导致磨削强化层深度小和强化层组织稳定性差等问题,严重制约了该技术的工业应用。本项目提出一种导电预加热磨削强化方法,利用导电预加热对磨削工件进行温度补偿,使磨削表层温度保持在稳定的淬火温度范围,从而提高磨削强化层的深度以及组织的稳定性。项目研究预加热磨削强化过程中的温度控制和补偿方法;研制出基于导电预加热的磨削装置;深入研究磨削强化过程中的力-热耦合机理,分析磨削工艺参数-导电加热参数-磨削强化层质量的影响规律,揭示导电预加热磨削表面强化层形成机理和残余应力控制规律,建立导电预加热磨削强化加工理论与新工艺。通过本项目的研究,其成果为磨削表面强化工程应用提供新的思路和理论依据,对推动我国磨削技术的进步具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: Grind-hardening is a new technology integrated with grinding and hardening. While grinding uneven heat transfer and high temperature gradient in the existing grind-hardening process, result in low grind-hardening layer and poor stability. It seriously restricts the industrial application of the technology. This project puts forward conductive preheating grind-hardening method. By make use of conductive preheating temperature compensation, grinding workpiece keeps the grinding surface temperature on the stability of the quenching temperature range. Thus it will greatly improve the grind-hardening layer depth and the stability of the organization. The preheating temperature control and compensation method in the process of grind-hardening will be researched, and grinding device based on conductive preheating will be developed; Further grinding force and thermal coupling mechanism in the preheating harden-grinding process will be studied, and the influence law of grinding process parameters - conductive heating parameters - grind-hardening layer quality, will be system analyzed. The conductive preheating grinding surface strengthening layer formation mechanism and control law of residual stress will be revealed. Finally conductive preheating grind-hardening processing theory and technology will be established. Through the research, the project results will provide new idea and theoretical basis for engineering application of grind-hardening, and accelerate the progress of the grinding technology. The project has important scientific significance.
