中文摘要: 蜂巢的恒温调控机理不仅是蜂学研究的热点问题,而且对人类的认知、环境改造也具有非常重要的借鉴价值。现有研究结果只表明蜜蜂具有调节蜂巢温度的功能,未能进一步揭示蜜蜂调节蜂巢温度的机制。本项目以中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂为研究对象,将蜜蜂生理/生态/行为学、现代信息理论和技术有机结合,研究多种环境温度变化模式中蜂巢各处的温度与蜂群数量、形态结构的关系,并应用复杂网络理论研究蜂群调温过程的动力学特性,探讨形状结构与动力学内涵之间的联系,揭示蜂群的时间、位置、数量、形态、网络动力学等特征与蜂巢恒温之间的规律,尝试从快速同步和信息传输、局部和全局综合平衡等角度解释蜂群的调温机制。在此基础上,研究工蜂日龄、箱体结构、蜂巢空间、巢脾、意大利蜜蜂与中华蜜蜂等对巢温调控的差异性规律。本课题的研究成果将为科学养蜂、提高蜂产品的质量和产量提供科学依据,同时也为人类的认知、环境改造提供新思路。

英文摘要: The homeothermy regulation mechanism study of honeycomb not only is the hot issues in honeybee science, but also provides extremely important revelation for the human cognition and environmental improvement. Although many research results have shown that the honeybee is able to adjust the temperature of honeycomb, little is known about the detail temperature regulation mechanism of honeycomb. In this project, we will use Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica as research objects, and investigate the relationships among the different location temperature of honeycomb and buzzers quantity as well as morphology structure in the variously environmental temperature change patterns using the modern information theory, physiology technology, ecology and behavioral science. We will also further use the complex network theory to study the dynamic characteristics of regulating thermostat process of the honeybee colony, finding the relationship between morphology structure and dynamics connotation, and detecting the potential effects of time, position, quantity, morphology and network dynamics of swarm on regulation of honeycomb isothermal. In addition, we will try to reveal the temperature adjustment mechanism of honeybee colony based on the point of view of quick synchronous and information transmission as well
