中文摘要: 本项目拟以M(M=Bi,K,Ba,Mg)离子共掺杂Y2O3/Eu3+纳米材料为研究对象,利用Raman散射、PL光谱和XRD(含同步辐射X光衍射)技术,高压原位研究共掺杂Y2O3/Eu3+纳米材料在高压下结构变化行为,探索压力下离子间距、YO6八面体的变化行为,揭示Eu离子局域微结构和晶体场的变化规律;研究高压下共掺杂Y2O3/Eu3+纳米材料光致发光光谱在晶格压缩、八面体形变过程的变化规律,明确压力下Eu离子局域微结构变化时的能量传递行为,揭示共掺杂离子在晶格压缩、结构转变以及非晶转变过程中发光增强行为的变化机制;同时研究压力下形貌、尺寸以及掺杂含量等因素对共掺杂Y2O3/Eu3+纳米材料发光性质的影响规律,认识共掺杂体系纳米材料发光性能增强的本质特性,为制备、设计、应用新型共掺杂Y2O3/Eu3+纳米材料提供指导。

英文摘要: We plan to carry out the high pressure study of Y2O3/Eu3+ nanomaterials codoped with M(M=Bi,K,Ba,Mg)ions by in situ Raman scattering,photoluminescence,and X-ray diffraction(including synchrotron X-ray diffraction) in this program.We will study the behavior of structure change of codoped Y2O3/Eu3+ nanomaterials and explore the changes of ion distance and YO6 octahedron, and reveal the change behvior of local micro-structure and crystal field of Eu3+ under high pressure. We will study the behavior of photoluminescence of codoped Y2O3/Eu3+ nanomaterials during the changes of crystal lattice compression and YO6 octahedron deformation. And we will clear the behavior of energy transmission during the change of local micro-structure of Eu3+ under high pressure. We will reveal the change of luminescence enhancement behavior of codoping ions during crystal lattice compression, structure transion and amorphouzation-transition under high pressure. We will study the influences of morphologies, size and doping content on the codoped Y2O3/Eu3+ nanomaterials under high pressure. Our research will help us realise luminescence essence of codoped nanomaterials and provide us the guidance of fabrication,design and application of new-type codoped Y2O3/Eu3+ nanomaterials.
