中文摘要: 目前在马术治疗中缺少实时监测患者在马背上姿势控制的手段和客观量化地评价马术治疗康复效果的方法。为解决该需求,本课题拟将体域传感器网络应用到马术治疗的康复训练中,研究能够实时监测患者在马背上姿势控制的实验平台和客观量化地评价马术治疗康复效果的方法,建立能够反映马术治疗中患者和马相互作用的数学模型,分析马术治疗的运动机理,为马术治疗提供更详实的科学依据和理论指导。本课题的研究成果对于探索根据患者的客观测量数据和康复进展程度而量体裁衣地制定个体化的马术治疗方法和发展符合我国国情的马术治疗具有现实意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Due to the lack of real-time surveillance of patients on horseback and objective evaluation method to quantify the therapeutic effect during hippotherapy, the body sensor network (BSN) is applied to the rehabilitation training of hippotherapy, the experimental platform is developed for real-time surveillance of the interactive motion between patients and horses and the objective evaluation method to quantify the rehabilitation effect of hippotherapy, the mathematical interaction model is built based on the analysis of the rider-horse system, so as to provide a more detailed scientific basis and theoretical guidance for hippotherapy. The study of this project is of practical significance for the exploration of individualized treatment method according to each specific patient and the development of hippotherapy technology suitable for our national conditions.
